About Us

Expert Service For All

Ceasefire Mediation is dedicated to helping clients navigate through tough conflict situations. Our mission is to provide high-quality conflict resolution services that can transform conflicts into opportunities for growth and healing. We offer a proven method that strengthens relationships while resolving conflicts.

At Ceasefire Mediation we believe our service can do more than just help settle a dispute. Our service can help develop skills to improve every relationship in your life and in our community. And we believe our service should be available to everyone without any financial restrictions. Which is why we are a nonprofit 501(c)3.

With your support we are able to offer solutions to families that might otherwise miss an opportunity because of their already growing debt created by separation, divorce and litigation. Many times, clients pass on a service because of their current financial situation. If you have been through a similar situation, you know that separation, divorce and litigation can be costly. Will you consider helping another family in our community access a professional service that can transform their life?

What Our Clients Say

We are proud to share some of the feedback and reviews we have received from our past clients. Their satisfaction is a testament to the high-quality services we provide. If you would like to learn more about our work, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

"I was overwhelmed and confused.  I didn’t even know where to start. I was referred to Ceasefire by my Pastor.  Shelly explained the process, what I could expect and what was available.  She listened and provided sound advice.  She walked me through and continues to provide expert care.  I appreciate all the help and would highly recommend her.  She is the best!"

Kayla W.

"Shelly is amazing. When I sought her advice, she was quick to respond. I quickly opened up to her because she made me feel at ease from the start. Shelly is empathetic, caring, and knows about a variety of useful resources to help with mediation, co-parenting, conflict resolution, and many resources which I am now using. Also, she shared her own experiences, which gave me a sense of not feeling so alone in this process. I feel blessed to have gotten the opportunity to meet with Shelly and get her insight and advice, and I highly recommend her to others."

Brett M.

"While every situation is different, I highly recommend Shelly at Ceasefire Mediation. Shelly has taken time to invest in me, thoughtfully listened to my situation, and has been a valuable resource helping me carefully draft communication with my co-parent. Shelly responds in a timely manner and I recommend her services to anyone who needs help co-parenting."

Notice of Changes to Supervised Visits

Effective 7/5/2024

Research and experience has shown that scheduling, coordinating, and participating in supervised visits requires communication between the parents and the supervisor. At Ceasefire Mediation, we provide supervised visits as a service to the child and both parents, the supervised parent and the transporting parent. Therefore, our fee structure and service has changed. Please see RC & Supervised Visitation Onboarding for more details.
